1. All our tours are subject to weather conditions. The captain reserves the right to cancel at short notice if the weather is unsuitable for a boat tour.
2. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, any bought tickets will be refunded in full, or passengers can reschedule for another day. Availability on the next tours is not guaranteed, so passengers need to contact us beforehand to check and to secure a place.
3. In the event of no whale or dolphin sightings during the tour, passengers will receive a complimentary ticket for another tour in either of Láki Tours’ locations. Passengers are required to show their complimentary ticket when booking a new trip. 4. Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departures will be refunded in full. Should a guest cancel or fail to arrive on time on the date of reservation, the full price for the tour shall charged.
5. Láki Tours reserves the right to make changes to any of the scheduled trips if and when necessary, and will notify all those who have purchased tickets of these changes. Information about any changes will be through e-mail and/or phone.
6. Passengers are advised to be at the scheduled harbour 30 minutes prior to departure.
7. A minimum number of bookings per departure is required for the trip to go ahead.
8. Láki Tours gift cards are non-refundable and expire after the date listed on the gift card voucher.
9. Booked private tours must be paid in full four weeks before departure and are nonrefundable.
