Our luck seems to continue as we had two tours with orcas today! On both trips, we could see them go for long feeding dives in the deeper waters of Breidafjördur. Whereas they were spread out on our morning tour, we saw them mainly grouped up in the afternoon. We were often surrounded by several individuals, and could observe gannets diving and kittiwakes picking up fish bits. It was a wonderful (and even partly sunny) day with a view of the glacier as the icing on the cake. Both our trips tomorrow are completely booked out; free spaces are still available on Friday’s 2pm tour.
