ORCAS in Snaefellsnes
ORCAS!! Yes, we had a special new year’s present today, with a group of orcas that we spotted travelling in Breiðafjörður. We got to see one male, one female and a calf close up. These are some of our very regular winter visitors and it is awesome to finally have them back in the area!

While in Reykjavik all is about fireworks and partying – the mood in Snaefellsnes is slightly different. Celebrate a peaceful New Year’s Eve in Snaefellsnes with the chance of seeing orcas.
